So much for "don't put it in your nose", looks like the worm is going in Barriss' ear in that shot.

Also, how the Force does Kit Fisto factor into this?

Ahsoka, Barriss, Anakin, Kit and Poggle. There's a weird mix for you.


EDIT: Also, "deadly plague"? Just how many of these worms are there, anyway?

Yeah, Kit Fisto...interesting. And Poggle makes sense if they captured him, but you would expect to see Obi-Wan as well. Anyway, should be an intriguing way to end this arc.(I hope this is the end of the arc.)

And why do they have the synopsis for Legacy of Terror up there?

Now we got a party!

 

That shot of Barriss is so.....lol, I'm not going to even go there in terms of how it could be taken/changed. But Star Wars, with some of the "suggestive" lines that have been delievered, its not all that new.

Just as well there was no still shot of Luminara like this otherwise adamclark83 would be all over it.


Anyway, aside from that, interesting to see Kit Fisto is there, I wonder how he comes into play, perhaps in a frigate near Ahsoka and Barriss's location...

 

Kit Fisto is really odd. He had no involvement in the Battles of Geonosis for all we know and for him to be there is really odd.

Sadly we don't get any named clones "starring" in this.

 

Happy to see all the ST:TOS shoutouts in this thread.


Maybe Kit will have his tentacles talk to the worms and they'll decide it was all a big misunderstanding.

 

Then again, if the brain invaders possess the clone crew members, and the process
is irreversible, Ahsoka and Barriss might have to kill them; I woudn't want to see
any of the principal clones getting whacked, at least not yet.

Most of them owe me money.

 

I have a feeling that that is because they are probably going to kill off all the clones in this episode.

 

I also wouldn't mind to actually see a zombie clone, ie, a clone that is dead and controlled by the brain worm. Question is whether they will take it that far.

 

I think that if people haven't decided on the Barriss/Ahsoka team, this episode might help cement their opinion. I hope it works out great.

I'm just hoping this episoded will be full-tilt retro. It has a lot of old school elements: 1977 vintage ship and sets, plot right out of ST:TOS, and it looks like they're going for an Alien/2001/Dark Star vibe with the creepy empty corridors and such. Even the Ahsoka/Barris team-up has a little bit of a '70's Saturday morning vibe. I think I'll heat up some Pop-Tarts for this one.

 

OMG OMG OMG OMG KIT FISTO!!!!!!!

Finally we get to see him speak again. At first I wasn't at all hyped by this episode, and I wanted to get on with another arc, but now I CAN'T WAIT!!!

BTW: It doesn't look she gets the worm through her ear to me though, I think the worm is in front of her. Try to see it with it bit of depth.

 

We totally need a caption contest for that image.

 

Strange. We normally get a preview clip by now.

 

"You know, Ahosoka, the fact that you can make your tongue look like a tube worm
really doesn't impress me... AND STOP LICKING THE SIDE OF MY FACE!!!"

 

The worm tried...he really did...but alas, his date with Barriss Offee just wasn't meant to be. So naturally, he tried to take over her brain.

 

"KHAAAN!"

 

Isn't the next episode 'Attack on Point Rain'?

 

No, apparently there is no such episode. This should be the last episode of the "Geonosis Arc" (even though it doesn't take place in Geonosis)

 

What is the location?
