And there wouldn't happen to be any hidden pics in the vehicles section, woud there? Was kind of upset that we get 4 views of the Federation Frigate but no V-19 Torrent.

I just posted those pictures in the official pictures thread, just to kinda give it a boost. I agree with most people, the site looks awesome. But that counter on the bottom makes me feel like August 15th isn't comming fast enough.

I am thinking perhaps a B'omarr Monk, as the movie main planet is Teth, and the main scenes we see in the trailers are in the B'omarr monk monastery

 

He has Confederacy logos on his clothes, so I don't think so.

 

Excellent website with great information about the history of the story and how the Clone Wars connects to the saga. I actually learned about the timeline of the SW saga. I didn't know there was a 4 year gap between TESB and RotJ

Well the confederacy of independent systems has thousands upon thousands of systems. Not planets, systems. So I wont be surprised if thats a new species designed for the movie/series.

 

Looks like a new species to me. Kind of a squished bald Whiphid.

I also loved some of the new hardware, specially the new shuttle, a cross between the Theta Shuttle and the Attack Gunship. Not so crazy about the Republic Artillery Cannon, and specially the new heavy weaponry droid, shoddy design. And Id love if Anakins B-Wingesque transport turned out be an Ugly. Looks very cobbled together to me.

And its always been 4 years between Ep4 and 6. Between 5 and 6 is about 1 year.

I think the character above is "the vain General Whorm Loathsom" on Christophsis

 

So there is another planet city, like Coruscant. Might it be Taris? Or another planet that we don't know yet...

So I see in the site this bug thingie (can't remember its name), was it from Kashyyk?

 

I do believe it's a Chevin. Maybe.

I'm going to go ahead and guess that Christophsis is the green Coruscant-esque environment we see in the trailers. I also agree that our new weirdo friend is probably Loathsom (they're really calling him that?).

 

I'm starting to think the Separatists lost due to a mass infliction of depression:

Dooku: "Bring me General Grievous and General Loathsom, on the double!"

 

It does look similiar to a chevin now that I think about it. Hopefully it is a chevin, maybe they can retcon them into looking more humanoid and less like a giant walking head with a long trunk. I still think it might be a new species though.

Oh and the planets look really nice. But I'm just concerned about the greenery and oceans that can be seen on tatooine? umm...is there someting I'm missing? Tatooine (including the movies) has never been drawn with greenery and water on it before. Its supposed to be a desert planet.

 

Where are you guys getting the blue guys name from?
