The Clone Wars TV Spots

Well ive looked on youtube a couple times and couldn't find it.

 

In time, the Clone Wars TV spots will seek you out. And when they do, you will bring them before me.

 

Just now saw the trailer during Planet of the Apes on FX!!!! Yeah! It's the first TV spot that I've seen. Glad to see they're airing the trailers now.

Seeing as its only an hour into the movie, I bet they show it again!

 

Uh what was it cuz i think i missed it i did see one during the movie but it was like at 945ish and it was one we've seen before.

 

Well I had to endure watching Planet of the Apes but I did get to see the trailer. Looked much better on my teevee than youtube!

 

Seriously Sapes, where's the couch-excitement in that?

 

What? The only one not on the Internet? I've seen two other spots which I haven't seen anywhere on the web yet...

 

Couch excitement. Funny. I like that term.

I don't watch much TV. When I do, it's shared. Online is my best chance.

 

I just saw an extended Clone Wars tv spot on MTV2 that has not been posted online. It was very good and I actually "lol"ed at a line from Ashoka.

 

Finally I saw two of them on CBS. Very cool. One was the one where Obi-wan asks if they crashed or something, and Ahsoke replied "Yes" really fast. Was a bit humorous.

 

I just saw my first TV spot on FOX.

A lot of Anakin/Ahsoka. I'm really liking that dynamic. Just that little spot got me even more exicted and secure that this movie will deliver.

I'm finally starting to see them on television which is awesome but I agree that it's a little late to be beginning an ad campaign. Especially considering TDK began TV spots at least six weeks before the film opened.

 

Well... TDK IS Warner Brother's Main Thing of the whole year! Plus, we're not THAT Bad. 3 weeks is pretty good. Hulk had 2 weeks... Didn't it?

 

I watched the coverage of Comic-Con last night on G4 and there were two or three ads for it. They also kept talking about it and said that the actual coverage would be tomorrow (today)!

I think the words of the hosts were "Clone Wars, Clone Wars, Clone Wars" which makes me think we'll get a bit or two. Tune in to G4 tonight to get a good look!

 

I just saw the tail-end of one, and I've been looking everywhere for the whole thing (it must be the one not online yet.) This one had Padme in it; she looked like she was wearing her Geonosis outfit.

It also had some cute Ahsoka and Anakin dialogue.

I can't find this clip anywhere though, sadly.

EDIT: And just saw another different clip... Lots of Ani and Ahsoka interaction. Gah, they're so cute together. I wasn't sure I was going to like the idea of Anakin with a Padawan, or whether I was going to like Ahsoka at all, but they both seem excellent together and Ahsoka's adorable.

 

Looks like G4 is going to have a two hour special on The Clone Wars on August 14th. A bit late if you ask me seeing as the movie comes out the next day. I'd rather be waiting in line for a midnight showing that than watching a special for a movie that comes out the following day....

Sweet! I'm liking them all, but still haven't seen all of them on TV yet.

Anybody see an advertisements or tie-ins with a brand names? I know they'd do that for the prequels, but I'm not sure if anything is getting sponsorship this time around.
