    Good to hear Dave, but I wish I could say I stuck to it myself. Though after the few months I've had with Claire (someone else Rhi ;) ) no wonder I went back to the drink lol

    The stopping smoking was easy (I just forced myself to do it) as for drink Well I like a Guinness as its full of Iron and good for you But I have to get fit for this walk in july.

    Just wasn't a fan, mate. Think I'll stick with the Ol' Newcy Brown from now on.

    Don't agree with the stuff. I was retching by the time I'd finished off the second pint.

    First time I ever tried it back in '01 I couldn't finish it, either. Guess I built up a bit of a tolerance over the 7 years.
