Good pick man, I was hoping that due to his newb status in the list he would go unnoticed until the 2nd or even 3rd round, but alas his power was recognized too early.

 

I'm hoping a few powerful character go unnotticed as well but alas I doubt it...

Apocalypse huh? Well he is a good power pick and if I remember right got a good amount of wins last round...


So far I'm very surprised who everyone is picking! No one I thought would be picked has been picked!

 

I wasn't meaning that it was. I guess I wasn't clear in my hurry to post that message. The point was that if we went by the current continuity, some characters would be dead. Meaning we might as well just bring in those lovable campy alternate Ultimate universe Zombies as ressurecting a dead hero/villain might produce the same effect anyway.

Can't argue with those picks, and quite refreashing to see villains getting picked unlike the start of the last draft.

 

If it goes on like this, I doubt there'll be enough characters left for any one person to have a full villain team. That should prove to be interesting...

Very possible. I think in the last draft he won all his matches for me and none were forfeits. I was very tempted to go for him again this time with my first pick.

Damn yous! That is a great prep character, not a bad 1st round pick, I was close to going that direction myself. I had it narrowed down to 3 dudes, one was Apocalypse, another was Dr. Doom, and lastly there is a character I will leave unnamed for the moment since nobody picked it yet.

 

A couple of notes:

Dr. Doom is a great first round pick, as he's one of the best Non-PLs available.

I was shocked to see that PK wanted Phoenix.
