Locations worked well enough last draft, and I like the idea of it.

    That is soooo wrong. :p

PS: I liked locations and the power list as well...though with 8 experienced GM's there should be no need for the PL. 10 picks per GM sounds solid though.

Hopefully I will be back online soon enough to participate on some level, DI you could put me down as a back-up commish or judge if you want, I should be back online on a regular basis soon enough.

    Later everyone. [face_peace]

With no PL these teams should be amazing.

I say keep the PL in, just so the GMs have to draft more interesting characters.

And lose the Black Adam family.

But you can't do a comics draft without some SHAZAM. Plus with the vets playing he probably wouldn't make the cut. He's on the PL right?

80 picks is VERY small. Didn't we want to show the rookies how it's done? It's made and broken well after that many picks.

I don't mean lose Adam, I meant his wife and her lamo brother, who has all of one feat.

If you can name more than one feat of Captain Marvel Jr.'s, then I'd agree to the axing of Osiris in an instant. No questions asked. Hell, more than one? Just name one.

And Isis is different enough. She's not just another SHAZAM. Why the hate, punk? Still a bit sore from the beatdown, eh?

I agree. It will be larger than 10 per team, that's for certain. the question is how large.

    16 picks, 12 starts, 3 preps?

Heck, lose the Jr. too. He's a bum.

No, not sore, they were just not very long running at all. I guess Isis is more important, but these two? Come on now.

Are we about ready to get this rolling?

I was just looking through some Wildstorm characters. There are some pretty cool ones not on the list. But I'm cool with the current list anyway.

Still waiting to hear back from a GM, then need to sort out some All-Star judges. Also, need to get the list finalized.

I don't think I'll dump Extant et al, just go back to the old definition of what's allowed with time travel/time warping.

BTW, if I haven't contacted you yet, and you'd like to judge the All-Star draft, drop me a PM.

    We've got 8 GMs. We've got 1 judge. We've got a commish.

I'm going to do a little write-up about why each GM has been invited to this All-Star edition to include in the opening post of the next draft. But we still need to figure out the draftable list for next time.

Actually, about Jason Todd...just make him "Red Robin". Because that's what he became today. Just scraping that identity in at the last second to be allowable.

Have you even seen the fight of him supposedly "owning two other Hyperions"? He deserves less respect than he's already getting, and to be honest, I really don't see why he's even on the list.

I believe I posted it last draft? And if not, then yes I have. But what respect was that though? I mean my entire team got **** on last draft, be it through numbers, no respect, or judgments, And before you say it EF, no it wasn't because they were a bad squad, that team was beast.

Didn't we already talk about this? Okay fine, he didn't OWN them, but together they at best matched him, and each time he managed to separate them that I remember, he clearly had the upper hand. He's not Despero, but he's easily above their level and that sand thing was utter crap. No way a so-called ton of sand exerts more pressure, even on his insides, than does a punch by any Hyperion.

All I'm saying is, look at 2 Supermen vs. a particular opponent better than them and how quickly they dispatch him. Look at 2 Hyperions vs. The King and see what happens there. And let's not forget the people he easily slew before those Hyperions, at least 1 of which was Superman-level.

And all I'm saying is why is he being considered to be underrated, or lacking respect? Because Chim lost? I don't think anyone ever disrespected him, or didn't show him any respect. Where did he lose that he shouldn't have? Chim's downfall was Hype not getting the hype? Where is it coming from that he needs more respect when he hasn't been disrespected? Talk to Despero, and then get back to me.
