I dunno, not saying I know who would win but I would make an argument for Magik.

 

I put him quite solidly below the main human GLs. Higher than Jade. His fight with Arkillo I'd say is high end for him, considering Arkillo for a second looked like he could fight Mongul.

 

magik can summon a giant hydra to help her fight.

Alright, so Etrigan doesn't seem to be resistant to mind control and I've found more than a few statements saying he has no real resistance to high end telepaths. I'm not sure on it, but I think the marvel trump wins there.
