    I once constructed a fusion bomb from an empty can of mountain dew, a post it note, and a 1989 nickel.

    Thats cool, all i ever knitted was a chicken, which turned out to be an aodrable yellow ball.

    But i thought this thread was going to be about sneaky underhanded plans.

    We are conspiring to keep the YJCC in stitches. [face_mischief]

    I made a mini-SW sleeping bag for Backpacking Luke last night. Pics to be posted later.

    Eeth--[face_sick] Niiiiiice.

    Sithysithy: I really love that cupcake bear! You should try to make it. I can cross-stitch, but I've never been able to really crochet (my mother is a whiz at it though) or knit.

    I can and have, however, done some earrings and bracelets of my own. I'll post some pics tonight.

    *awaits the jewelry*

    I have a crochet needle, but all I can make are long, repetetive necklace strings. Maybe if roll them all into a ball and glue them to a cupcake holder... [face_thinking]

    Speaking of cross-stitching, I've tried embroidery once, while trying to prettify an ugly canvas bag, but I didn't get very far (see green swirly things below):

    [image=http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a359/triciflor/DSCF4108.jpg]

    There's all kinds of stringy/fabricky/patterny stuff lying around my room going to waste ever since my fabrication career took a break, maybe I should donate it to the JC Crafty Club to make use of :p

    OMG! A crafty forum!! yay! horay for crafty peoples!

    Even though I graduated with a BFA in photography I am constanly crafting instead of making a living out of my degree! Here in Savannah, Georgia I have organized a few local craft cool craft fairs. Things I do are: sewing handbags and accessories, paper goods, letterpress, jewelry, "crafty art" and once tried knitting, but it ain't for me.

    Yay!

    My attempt at jewelry making.

    Honestly, I like designing jewelry way more then actually assembling it. :p

    I don't have a picture but I do cross-stitch and started making some dangle earings with gold thread. I'm shaping it like the rebel symbol. I'm a bit bummed because I need to undo part of it and start over.
