As far as I see it, they should do a test the first Death Star on Naboo but it doesn't work quite right and only kills the gungans.

What was that? Something about the deathstars laser attaching to the gungan gene structure and causing them to melt from the ears in, until the explosion of the tongue actually kills them?

 

I think I'll use that as the synopsis for my next fan fic....

People, people... let's be fair. The Gungans have their place in the universe just like everyone else. In this case, the Gungans just happen to be the ones that put the evil Sith Lord in charge of everything leading to massive death and destruction and the end of the Jedi. ...let us not judge these poor creatures from one tiny, poorly judged mistake.

 

Gungans are evil. There might be some good ones, but they are just really...well...annoying.

That would be a really funny story to write Jon.

Oh oh!!!! I know the proper role for the gungans!!! Anybody who has seen South Park the movie. Forget operation Gungan shield, I like the part where they are strapped to the tanks and planes. Can you imagine a gungan shield around the deathstar? Oh its so beautiful in my mind! Those pesky rebels and light side jedi would never shoot at the deathstar knowing they killed innocent morons with every shot.

That's not really imagination, that's reality!! That would work really well, considering our politics are that way too.

 

I like the Gugans! And I'm, being serious. I don't see what people have against them. Jar Jar was a bit on the dum side but that's no reason to punish the entire race. One of my favorite characters in TPM was Boss Nass.

 

The gungans were worse than the Ewoks. At least the Ewoks had a cultural feel to them.

 

I had and still have no problem with the Ewoks.

 

I LOVE the Ewoks!!!! Again, I have never seen why people don't like them.

People don't like the Ewoks?? When did this happen?! I LOVE the Ewoks!! How could one NOT like them? I mean seriously, what was there not to like about them? I named my guini pig after Wicket!! ...okay... probably not necessary, but I LOVE THE EWOKS!!

 

If when I get older I get a dog like the one I have now (which looks kind of like an ewok...) I'm going to name it Yub Yub.
