FF:NZ The Cricket thread 2004.

We don't have enought threads in FFNZ, so, here's one to boost the discussion a tiny amount.

Yesterday's abandoned Dunedin match should be starting in 15 minutes (noon) depending on today's weather and forest fires.

And Harry's been recalled to the squad*! Yippee!

Anyway, NZ has never beaten South Africa in any sort of cricket series ever, and so a win today will mean we can't lose this one. The fact there's an even number of matches in this series is ridiculous, but I digress...

 

How are we going for those of us without Sky (or even a TV for that matter - might get some work done this year with no TV in the flat )

You do know that TV3 have had covergae of the last 2 one dayers! But it's much better to watch it on our newly installed Sky Digital!!

And what a game it was, we have dicked the yappies in the last 3 now and cannot lose the series.

 

Well it's wet here so there's no work and I'm bored so the cricket will enertain me for the rest of today.

The final match in the ODI serieas against S.A. which we lead 4-1. And currently at my home ground of McLean Park Napier we are giving it opt them again, with the yappies at 60/6.

5-1 would be bloody great for the Black Caps
