Want a room in this masochistic society of old, decrepid farts? Well, you need to meet a couple of requirements.

1. Be at least of the age of 25.
2. Be a like-minded individual. For the 24 and under crowd that feels old. You have extra chores to do; like rub Katya?s bunions and be a slave to any member that requires one.
3. You need to PM Otis_the_Orderly or myself for a room.
4. And you need to stay active, or risk getting an Eviction notice to the DRAWERS, and be tended to by The_Paul_Bearer, when the next thread is started.


The official Geriatric ward of the JC by darthmomm reached 534 pages (25 ppp).
Anyways...with lag times and all...we relocated to our new digs,
The WARD House, but we were plagued with an infestation problem?bugs haunted us to no avail with every 25th post. So after 418 pages?we moved again?
To here, Senile City. 448 pages later, you see us in our new jungle.

The new place has it all. California King sized beds, Olympic sized pool, Jacuzzi, spa; all the recreational activities: shuffleboard, Xbox, PS2, GC, card rooms, chess tables?you name it, we got it.
