I think maybe peaceful with a lot of sarcasm. And not so much fights as little arguments.

 

Seriously, guys. If I wrote a challenge, how many of you would actually participate? And I don't mean in a nice-hypothetical-that-sounds-like-a-good-idea way. I mean actually write something that fulfills the challenge.

 

I might or I might not, honestly. It depends on whether I have any ideas that fit the challenge or could come up with such an idea, and how much time I have IRL to devote to it.

 

I would be like AlisonC, as you should know. But if it were a good challenge and I thought myself capable I would happily attempt it.

I say a Jacen/Nem in which one "owns" the other (could be Dark Jacen and his YV slave, Master Shaper Nem Yim specimin!Jacen, or simply the outcome of a comical charity "slave-auction" on Zonama Sekot)... I have confidence that other people's bunnies will be different colours than mine on this one...

THE FIRST EVER JACEN/NEN YIM CHALLENGE!!!

OK! I am very proud to announce the first ever challenge hosted by the Cult of Janen! It is... drumroll please...

The "I Own You" Challenge!

We're not exactly sure how it happened, but Jacen and Nen Yim are somehow in the roles of Owner and Slave. Could be a joke, could be serious. ANYWAYS and moving on, write a one-shot on how this happened, some silly little situation they end up in, and how the whole thing is resolved.

Should include the lines:

"I own your soul. Now shut up and do as I say."

"I won it/him/her in a sabaac game."

and

"Now how did we get in this compromising position?"

As you can see, this is shaping up to be humor. Haha. Shaping? Get it? I'm in a punny mood.

Get writing! And you can all blame TMcE.

One-shot. For those of you who don't speak vongy, a one-shot is a story short enough to be posted in one post.

Gotcha... yeah, I've written one-shots before. Detachment is one (although that has nothing to do with Janen unless it was really a crack challenge, hehe). Was wondering about word count, mostly. I seem to try for 500 and end up hitting 1000...

 

As low as 500 and as high as 1400.

 

Ooh! Nice challenge! I'll start writing something for it, although I'm also participating in other challenges as well...
