I would love to see Batfleck pat Superman on the head since he's taller than him.

Mate, you will be super-pleased to know I just called my friend the Vice President of Hollywood, with this feedback. They're going to use CGI to make Henry Cavill appear taller.

I'm starting to think I'm the only person in the universe who thinks that's a pretty unflattering picture of Cavill. Dude normally looks considerably more beautiful, uh, handsome. I mean, uh. [face_blush]

    Still, yeah.

Kinda like how in the later DCAU shows, Gotham had a red skyline at night while Metropolis and the rest of the world had a normal nighttime look.

The red skyline only showed up in Season 4 (when they got a bigger budget). Before that it was a black skyline cause they animated the show on black paper to save on coloring for the night-time scenes (which is essentially the majority of the show).

I know the technical reasons for that. I was pointing out that there was a difference between the Gotham skyline and the Metropolis one during that time period.

Old speculations are circling again that Stephen Amell's Green Arrow may appear in Batman v. Superman as there's suppose to be a big announcement at this year's Arrow panel at SDCC.

I'm not sure that connecting the Arrow tv show to the cinematic universe is a great idea because it's very faux-Batman, meaning alot of the characters (especially the villains) are from Batman's mythology and thus may restrict the creativity of the show as it the writers would have to collaborate with the cinematic universe for continuity purposes. You know how fanboys are with continuity.

Just a couple of days ago, he said that was false. He basically said it was scheduling, and not a matter of tv vs movies. He also had a pretty good quote which added that everyone considers the Arrow show to be the current definitive version of the character. I forget the site, but I'll see if I can find his blurb.

I think it's for the better to have Arrow as it's separate universe.
Plus, I don't think the Flash spinoff would fit nicely with the cinematic universe.

    Another rumor

_________ to Appear in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice?

    From Bleeding Cool:
Even though there are already a number of heroes and villains populating its cast, might we be seeing another giant-sized villain appear in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice? Bleeding Cool has gotten hold of a rumor from a source who claims to have seen designs for a version of the killing machine Doomsday for the highly-anticipated film. Even though the character was teased in the bonus features on the Man of Steel Blu-ray, treat this one as a rumor for now and check back for any potential confirmation.

Created by Dan Jurgens for the 1992 event series "The Death of Superman," Doomsday is a genetically engineered monster that has the distinction of being the character that killed Superman. He has appeared a number of other times in the comics despite perishing himself, and even took on the role of the primary antagonist for a season of "Smallville."
