I've posted this over on the Obi-Wan Challenge Stories Thread but decided to give it a spot of its own so I can link it more easily to the Ghastly Challenge page and give the story its own spot. BTW, everyone should check out that thread, there have already been a whole bunch of really good stories (and not all spooky Obi ones!)

But first, since it is a Halloween story, I'm going to post it with my evil (and slightly dyslexic) Halloween sock. Back in a minute ...

Author's Note: This story is maybe spooky, perhaps a bit icky, and kinda short. Apologizes to Jude Watson for redoing a scene in JA #2, and apologizes to myself for reusing ideas in a short story I wrote in college.

Obi-Wan is 13 here, it takes place after events in JA #8, The Day of Reckoning. (That's the one where Xanatos dies)

Okay, shock is dying. Slowly, but dying. Very creepy! I've rarely seen Xan portrayed like this after death, no, scratch that, I've never seen him portrayed like that. Yet, its very good, amazingly portrayed, and massively creepy. Poor Obi and Qui! You could just feel Obi's fear. Again, truely great work.

Loved it. You portrayed Xanatos very well. Poor Obi-Wan! I liked how Xani finally got his revenge. Very creepy.
