The emperor is evil enough he would go commando, IMO.

However, I think I have to vote for thongs because I am busting a gut over the "buttfloss of doom".

Considering how "shriveled" he looks, I seriously doubt he has need for underwear anyways. His heiney's too puckered-up to poop, and there ain't nothing to put a sock on.

Lets face it. The Emperor had too big an Ego for them. He would have insisted on something unique and only for him. He would have insisted on the finest materials and the sparing of no expense. All who try making him either Boxers or Briefs would go out of business. After this happens for a couple of years, I'm sure even he would get the picture.
