WTH? Did you folks know about this?

I haven;t seen anything about this til today.

Click the link to read about it:

Here's the link for tickets to it:

Looks like the 501st is involved.

If you didn't know about this, do you think you might go now? I would have liked to have known. Could have possibly got a Pittsburgh contingent to come up. Besides it's been too long since we've had fun with you could folks.

Yes, we definitely know about it...we've been discussing this on our website for quite a while now. ;) I think many are planning to go, and it would be awesome if some of you from Pittsburgh were interested in attending. I wish I could go, but I can't unless someone wants to buy me a plane ticket home. :(

I'm sure someone else will post more details about it. I just noticed it was in our scrolling announcement, but it doesn't say a whole lot. ;)

    OMG...that was sooo much fun!
Underground Network rocked the place (way da go Josh!) and there were alot of good bands playing that night. Had fun hanging out with the OG guys as well as folks from Bloodfin Garrison!

Pictures are online (more on the way)

For those who missed this, you missed a great time!

We suited up and were ready long before the doors opened. The bands played a variety of alternative, punk, and ska styles that were quite enjoyable. The featured band was the Underground Network -- the lead singer being the coordinator of the event and a member of the Ohio Star Wars Collector's Club

We had a good showing of costumed volunteers from the Jedi Knights of Cleveland, Black Swamp Squadron (well, me :p ), the Ohio Garrison of the 501st and the Bloodfin Garrison of the 501st.

In addition, there was gaming in the upstairs of the event (of which I didn't participate since I really suck at video games). And in the main level, there were vendors selling their Star Wars wares as well as a table for the Ohio Star Wars Collector's Club.

you suck? you didn't see my award winning performance on Rougge Squadron II: Rogue Leader. i found out that a good size snowspeeder will win in a collision with an AT-ST 3 outta 3 times. :p
