"I am the universe" paraphrased from the ROTJ novel.

Well, these sith knights use sith temples, and study ancient holocrons. That much information is from the manual information.

It would be pretty badass of if some time after the NJO, multiple Siths started to show up which eventually leads to a "Sith Order". In which Siths will no longer be called "Sith Lords" but will have titles like the Jedi. A Sith in training would be a "Sith padawan". Upon "graduation" the padawan becomes a "Sith Knight". When the "Sith Knight" has proved to be excellent at the way of the dark side of the Force they earn the title of "Sith Master". 8-}, this sounds pretty funky. The Sith could finally realize that if they can't defeat the Jedi they may as well copy their style. [face_devil]

A little bit off subject, but is there a difference between a Padawan and a Padawan Learner?

Well if one was going by the earliest star wars scripts.

    Jedi had padawans

Sith had bogun or some like that.

Bogun LOL... of course Padawan sounds kinda wierd to, but whatever...

Anyway, but Padawan and Padawan learner are just different ways of saying the same thing?

And sorry to dig up this old thread, but I didn't want to create an new one for such a stupid question...

"Padawan learner" is just the full word for "Padawan". It was spelled "Padawaan" in early ANH scripts.

The Sith have no alternate term that we know of for apprentices. Darth Maul was a "Sith Apprentice".

So, I hear rumors of chiss sith acolyte of dooku's in the upcoming clone wars expansion for GBG. That leaves a bit of something to think about.

    That sounds interesting, if true.

If that is completely part of the canon, then it should be interesting when considering any possible relationship with them and Thrawn, as well as Thrawn's ties to Chancellor Palpatine.

A bit OT, but when Luke killed thoese three Dark Jedi at Vader's castle in EE, was he using Force Destruction on the statue of Vader? It sure doesn't look like he just pushed it over. There's a huge electric explosion at the base of the statue.

The Inquisitors WERE all Dark Jedi, because their mission was to hunt down what was left of the Jedi after the Clone Wars and Vader had done the initial housecleaning. That guy from Cracken's Threat Dossier was General Melvar, and he was Imperial Intelligence Destabilization (Destab) branch - the guys who made even the other Imperial Intelligence sadists wince. Palpatine's Hands were all Force-sensitive and trained to a degree. It's just that none of them would have been capable of taking on Vader or Palpatine.
