Ace............i am pretty sure Cell does perform the spirit bomb attack, I may be wrong though, but he does have all goku and gohan's moves remember so if not him who else, King Kami? Piccolo, Captain Ginyu?

 

Yogi was Hanna Barbera, but Frank Oz did not voice Yogi. He is famous for voicing most of the muppets however.
