COLOGNE, Germany -- Producers (for examble Uwe Boll) who have come to rely on the billions in financing from Germany's lucrative film funds will be the losers, whoever wins the German elections set for Sept. 18. Both Germany's current government, led by Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder, and the opposition conservatives, headed by Angela Merkel, have made their intentions clear: to close the tax loopholes that let the funds operate. "Whoever wins (the election) and whatever party constellation makes up the ruling coalition, by the end of the year, the funds are history," said Alexander Kaminski, head of fund broker Ventura AG. "The only question is whether the new law (outlawing the film funds) will go through in November or December." In case you guys dont know this is where directors like Uew Boll get their money to make movies.

This will be the BEST Christmas gift EVER if shutting down these funds = the END of Uwe Boll
