妳 was used in the line 'When I found you' and specifically refers to someone female.

你 was used in the lines, 'This is not going to go the way you think' and 'Fulfill your destiny' and is gender neutral, not specifically male as the Reddit writer claims.

When spoken, no distinction is made in how they are said, so if you can't see the person being spoken to, then you won't know their gender; the only clue is in the subtitle.

Both refer to the singular.

As others have said however, I doubt the translator knew something we don't.

 

I'm not definitely saying that they did, but it would fit into the misdirection theme of the trailer. If the Rey/Kylo shot was meant as misdirection, maybe the dialogue was too?

 

But Jason already said Luke's line was to Rey so the translate means nothing

I thought it was a grammatical error. The BTS shows Boyega and Isaac doing something (unknown), and separately, Daisy and Mark hanging out on Skellig. Proves the importance of proper comma usage.

 

That's not a rumor. It's just another speculation video in the Zeroh vein dressed up as something more than it is.

Ok this is certainly Adam Driver but...isn't it a bit of a stretch to assume this eye on the left belongs to Carrie Fisher? Could be anybody really...some technician, assistant etc...

 

I'm not entirely convinced it's Leia either (though Rian Johnson is only 5'5'', Carrie was 5'2'', so the heights match) - it's more the colouring of the background, which looks more like the Holdo scene than Snoke's throne room.
