Comics, Cartoons, TV, Movies, Toys, etc. Anything that gives you a fond memory post something about it. Post an image. Post a Clip. Whatever....

The more obscure the better too. Like these, something I forgot all about until a friend posted something about it on FB.

And here's what you kids are missing by having those newfangled iPods to play your music on:

I drew a mustache on him on one of my sister's teen magazines and made her cry.

My cousin had an Atari and he was the first kid I knew to ever get a videogame system. He didn't let me play because I was like 8 so I had to settle for watching.

i had an atari, but my friend had a colecovision and that always seemed cooler. probably because the stuff your friends had always seemed better for some reason. like i was the only one of my friends who had a millennium falcon, which was pretty much the coolest toy ever, but i was super jealous of my friend because he had slave-1.

One of my earliest memories is of a Christmas when I was, like, four, and had asked for one of those fancy new CD drives for our computer. Then instead I got a bunch of CD-based games and found out that we had already had one, I just hadn't been trusted to use it until then. It was at that precise moment that I swore off floppy disks for the rest of my life.

So I guess my fond memory is of when I never had to use one of these things ever again. I'll call that a loophole.

My third computer: My wife launched her business on this computer.

    My fourth computer:

That fourth computer was the one I used to download the The Phantom Menace trailer A.

I may have saved it to one of these:

Makes sense, it was so huge, it was bigger than a PC's internal memory.
And downloading that mother took about an hour.

Yeah I remember sitting there watching it download a frame at a time for what seemed like a week. I must have had something then they used to call "dial up."
