That's the model I had as well,
@DantheJedi! Good times.
Never actually played the game - just messed around with the traps until I lost the pieces.
Some seminal images from the past century.
My best friend had the Falcon. I was so jealous. He also had that haircut. What my dad used to call the "ass with handles" hairdo.
Ass with handles?
A guy with a part down the middle of his head. The ears are the handles.
I googled "ass with handles" and got a picture of Britney Spears.
I had the Millennium Falcon as well, but it came in this box design:
I had an original ANH Falcon, it was stolen..
Still have this...lost the pole though. I was very destructive and careless with my toys. If I could go back in time I definitly tell my younger self to be more careful and to take care of these wonderful things.
Oh, this all damn day! I posted this in a different nostalgia thread. Best playset ever! Though I think I only dumped slime down the grate in the roof once - it was cool but a bitch if you didn't clean it up fast enough.
I was sick into ghostbusters as a kid, and my love of the franchise endures.
My high school friends traded games and programs on their Commodore 64s. One was called "Newsroom."
They were hippies, because they refused to fight in Vietnam.
(Venture Brothers reference)
My brother and I had one of these in the early 90s (shame that the slide itself was actually fairly short):
Also ate these in the 80s (apparently they're still sold, but now renamed as 'Fads' - it just doesn't have the same ring to it):
I had this as well but don't remember why or what happened to it.
Let me guess: Gozer worshippers.
There was a Barbie townhouse that looked like that.
For those of us with very long memories...
I had the Shogun Warrior comic as well.
My first computer. I even had the 16k memory expansion.
