Can it be made clear without some kind of label? I just wonder if we can't just refer to them as anti-eucers or something.
The 'uneducated' seems the most PC word but even then that has negative connotations. Someone have a thesaurus handy?
I just wanted to point out that we are now not allowed to talk about the EU at all in the Episode 7 forum outside of a single designated thread:
... ... ... ... Weeellll...at least any other posts will get deleted/edited, so all the EU haters (I'm sorry...but no other word really fits the shear hatred for the EU some of those people have) can't make 'LOL EU SUXORS!!!' posts anymore. EDIT: On a more positive note... As the Founder of the KOTOR/SWTOR Fanclub, I would like to apply for Senate membership for the aforementioned club. We have hit the requisite 250 posts, and just need a Senator (I am taken up as the BMC Senator).
Skywalker... elect/select a Senator and have them report here... once this issue is resolved I'm sure either the Chancellor or Vice-chancellor with take it from there Sent from a Galaxy far away via R2-N6
Indeed. As for how the Episode VII forum is run. We have no jurisdiction there, and I cannot comment on how they run their affairs. That said, there are numerous opportunities to discuss the upcoming movie and how it affects the EU in this forum. I myself have stayed away from the Episode VII forums because frankly there hasn't been enough information releaed to really comment on. Much of it seems speculation and opinion at this point and those hardly interest me.
I stay away from it too. And I'm working on getting a Senator for the KOTOR club. Just haven't had any volunteer/nominate someone yet.
While thats all true, one of the reasons given for the ressurection of the EUDF was the EP 7 Forum. I think its safe to say that the option of educating those critical of the EU on that forum is no longer in our hands. Thats my reason for bringing it up here, not so much to complain about their decision(though I certainly don't agree with it), but because its relevent to the topic at hand.
It is early yet, as more (any) hard information becomes available regarding Episode VII things may change. As we have seen here, re-establishing the EUDF will take some time so I see no issue with getting the process started early. Provided there are those willing to be active within it.
Nothing very grand, my idea simply involved inviting EP 7 EUfans from that forum here to chat. This is a very large fan forum and it takes people a long time to find their way around(at least it took me quite a while).
Wow, theres a face from the past....as such. Guys I am reading, listening and all the jazz, but kinda busy so letting you lot make the important decisions so that I can't be blamed!! Mwahahahaha!!
