Some people have gone AWOL since volunteering, but these are people we need to chase come what Friday 13th (or before) and get them to fill the form in
Anyone is welcome to add their name to the list too, or if you're having second thoughts, feel free to drop out.

We'll have to see how things go with the flyers, but generally speaking they will remain on the table and I'd recommend only give them to people who show some interest. The ratio of flyers to people attendng is 1:3, more likely 1:4 come what May, so I can't stress enough we have to be a bit careful, certainly initally, and not hand-out willy nilly. People love picking up flyers just for the sake of it.

What we definitely need is times people are not willing to work at table, that'll help.

 

I think it would be a lot easier to post what time someone can, since it would be like that:
"If you put me there you will die!"
"IF you put me there you will die slowly!"
"AND IF you put me there you will die slowly and painful!"
"AND IF YOU REALLY THINKING OF PUTTING ME THERE YOU WILL BE THROWN IN THE SARLACC PIT!" "And you are not Boba Fett"

So I would advise making a plan based on the wishes you already have and ask then who can take her/his turn when a vacancy is.

 

The forms have been made and indeed we've opted to go for the 'What time can you work on the table' concept. It'll make life a lot easier. I need to make some minor changes but I will upload one for people to download and print. They will also be available to collect first thing on Friday morning. So please have a look at the timetable of events, then fill the form in and retun to us ASAP.

It has also become clear we will need people to do more then one segment because there wont be enough people to cover all segments if we only do one each.

My printer doesn't work

 

Here's the form for people to either download to look at or print off and fill in to give to us on Thursday or Friday (or whenever you're due to attend). You may have to download/save the link to your HD/desktop to get the proper pdf file.
Or you can state here which Segments you'd like to work and we can start filling in the Table Rota.

If there are any questions, please let me know. As of tomorrow I wont have vast amounts of time to spend here, so hopefully Tim can also help-out with any questions too. Thanks

i'm going with a none Fan Force friend so i can't do the table thing (even though i really wanted to ) so anything else i can do as i love to help out

 

Ghedi, so all the hours not crossed you are able to do??

I don't really know my schedule yet, but I'd be happy to fill in for at least one shift you guys need extra volunteers for. Just let me know when you need me. I would give my cell phone number, but I'm American and my phone doesn't work in Europe. However, you can always contact me through Erwin, who's my roommate. (Geez, I'm sure he'll love me for volunteering him as my courier. )
