I think you need to post here in regards to the poop following that mega-sammich you made.

 

My poops are always glorious after a long run.

 

The aftermath was almost as glorious as the sandwich. Fortunately it waited until this morning to make its way out so that my co-workers could bask in the delight of the condition I left the mens' room in.

The copious amounts of cheese left me bound up for a day or so...it was totally worth it.

 

Was just reading about Heracles' fifth labour (cleaning out Augeas' stables) on Wikipedia:

I *LOVE* how the author takes it as a priori that the health of immortality necessarily involves pooping voluminously.

Apologies for the lack of updates - no internet at home thanks to a house move. Needless to say, I've been lifting heavy, eating clean and pooping a ******* mountain.

Well, my IBS is back so I might as well tell y'all about it. After being constipated yesterday, I'm on the other end of the spectrum today. Cramping & loose stools. Yay.

Only 6 posts since I was last here in May? WTF? I suppose you've all been talking about Star Wars or some other stupid ****? You ppl disgust me!

In happier news I'm doing a bit of a crash weight gain thing at the moment. I'm getting through a kilo (two pound) tub of peanut butter every week on top of meals, protein shakes and heavy cream in my coffee. Toilets have been blocked.

 

wb, my friend. glad the buffitude is coming along nicely. sometimes when i put peanut butter on my bread or bagel or what have you, i pretend it's pup. i bring it up close to my nostrils and give it a hearty sniff, and i pretend that i am not smelling peanut butter, but the sharp pong of FECAL butter. then i scarf it right down. glory glory!

 

Now THAT'S the kind of quality post that makes these boards worthwhile.

 

Dieting now to get below 90kg for a comp on the 30th. Volume of pewp greatly diminished. I have a sad :-(

 

Macros at 40/30/30 atm, nothing interesting to report in terms of toilet activity but I've been pooping out PRs for the last week thanks to the extra mass.

 

my poops have been boring for a while. it is kind of depressing.

 

Once the competition's over and I don't have to obsess about food for a while, I plan to go out for a huge curry. That ALWAYS makes the outhouse a more interesting place.

 

Low flow toilets keep things interesting.
