    Getting my padlocks out now...I am so tired of wasting my time.

    Edit to quote something that Am posted in this thread last year, still highly relevant. You slave over something for hours and you just want one hint that somebody in this wide, wide Universe likes it. Amen to that, Am. Call me bitter, call me whiny, but that's what you'll get when somebody goes to great lengths and their efforts are ignored.

    I don't have any regular readers on my fic, one reason is probably that updates are quite rare, due to RL, at the same time since it feels as if I'm only writing for myself and nobody cares I don't really get the feeling that I have to hurry up with the next update.

    The next time I write I will at least try to get a beta, then I will know that at least one person will read it and give me feedback. When I started my fic it was just my second try, and I hadn't even an idea what a beta was.
