Some of us are gathering this Saturday, though we're still deciding if we're making it our officializing meeting (not all the fanforcers will be there so...). But at any rate, I'll have some more pics.

The winnahs! of PRJO's First Annual Kart Race! (Lightsabers later to by added by our official graphic artist, digital_skywalker
First place: Corran_Horn_!
Second place: Jedi_Boricua!
Third place: Jan_Solo!

Nobody will ever forget how Jedi_Boricua and myself fought for that first place. We were neck in neck, with JB seconds in front of me. We were racing with the grit of our teeth, we weren't even breaking on the curves. . .heck, we didn't even let go of the accelerator, we took them full speed like pros. In a nasty curve, JB spins out of control and falls behind, losing the race. His face as he smacks his fist on the wheel out of frustration will be one that has entered the annals of PRJO leyend! Jedi_Boricua, you truly are one heck of a kart driver. I salute you!

I should hit myself for not taking a picture of the full group, but in total we were about 12 highly motivated, expert (yeah, right. . .) racers!

Later we went back to my place, aka Corran Horn's Cantina and surprised our Jan_Solo with a cake for his b-day! Apparently he doesn't like turning 25. . .just look at that face!

Then we went to Denny's for dinner where Khal's uncanny ability with the stuffed animal coin thingy amazed us all. He got three stuffed animals out of the machine!


This will be a day long remembered!
