We're watching Speed Racer tonight . . . Go Speed Go!!!
Hello Jada, how are you doing I have been meaning to pick up Speed Racer on Blu Ray. I always forget to buy it when I go to Best Buy. My mind is going on me
Thanks, Mel, I almost thought my ears aren't working well anymore.
And I don't even know what 'speed racer' is about.
Hey Mike, I'm busy sewing a pirate costume for the sithling.
Speed Racer is about . . . racing.
I thought it was a fun movie. It was like live action anime. I'm not much of an anime fan but when I saw the previews from the movie it got me excited and my sithling wanted to see it. We are watching it tonight and then Sunday night we are strapping TK-2970 to the chair, taping open his eye lids and making him watch it.
Well, it is definitely becoming Halloween around my house. We have spiders that start weaving webs on our porch - front and back. We have to watch out because sometimes they go right across the back door!
I just read a title of a thread but merged it with the title below so in my head it was:
What sausage are you from?
Now you was making me thinking in which thread I am... "Where are you from?" or "Sausage Game"...
Speed Racer was an anime cartoon from the 60's I have a lot of the old cartoons on tape somewhere around here from when I was a kid watching Johhny Quest and all those other old cartoons that were better than todays stuff. The movie was pretty good and vaguely followed the storyline of the old show in ways.
I loved the Speed Racer movie. It was like a live action anime. It rocked socks. And I loved the younger brother, Spritle. He was hysterical.
I have yet to see the Speed Racer movie.
*Pokes Jada and hides*
I hardly see any movie in the cinema, although I want it badly. Luckily there are DVD's.
Any spiced ale?
Special flavor in mind?
I watched some scenes during on-call. It looked interesting, but a bit to colourful... A bit to much like candy.
Speed Racer was very candy colorful... but, my kiddos liked it...
Though my oldest just kept saying how that wouldn't be possible and I was like... It's a movie...
Anyone going to see Twilight at midnight tonight or perhaps tomorrow???
I'm looking forward to it as I have enjoyed the books... Just a bit of cringing when I think of sitting in a
theater tonight with a bunch of 13-15 year olds (no offense to anyone... just cringing)
Oh well, I'm sure I'll enjoy it.
Spiced Ale sounds truly tasty...
I haven't seen Twilight yet. Not something I'd take my kiddo to see.
We're getting ready for the Thanksgiving Holidays and our annual party this Saturday. Our house needs to be decluttered from all the chaos of my projects.
