    Yeah but with the first pick I don't have to worry about better teams I can just take the best individual season of that team. I did that during the Basketball Draft when I took the Milwaukee Bucks' Kareem Abdul-Jabbar

    And I thought about taking 85 Doc, but 1999 Pedro might very well be the best pitching season ever.

    Not having Gooden's season on a list is absurd, but I can see an argument on Pedro's if you value durability, because Pedro only made 29 starts and didn't throw much more than 200 innings. But inning for inning, I don't know how you rank it that low.

    Technically the argument can be made that Pedro 2000 is better than Pedro 1999, but that's like splitting hairs really... One of 'em should be on the list.

    This is a good place to remind everyone that you can PM me choices ahead of time and I'll post your selection in the thread. Can help to speed the process up, especially if you're going to be out of pocket for a bit. I even accept convoluted/complicated lists like

    "If DeePee drafts x, I want y, but if he drafts z, give me a, but if he trades the pick to heels, just PM him this picture of my middle finger."
