So CO The First Colorado Springs Meeting!!!

Details:

Time: 7 pm
Date: Saturday the 22nd of June
Place: We will meet at the Golden Coral for dinner, then head north to the Cinemark for an 8:30 showing of AOTC.

Bring a friend, family member or a reluctant co-worker the more the merrier.

Do any of you guys know if the Golden Coral has a room for large groups? If any of the Denver people decide to come we may need to call ahead...

I say we call it #2 just so we can be official sooner . I mean we did talk about RMFF stuff w/ Dave on the way up to Denver...and that was a nice long car ride, long enough to be a meeting .

 

We have to send it into the Fanforce people to make it official. So this is number one.

 

oh, okay, well we can get 3 out of the way soon enough.

 

I got a question: Can us people who live 23 miles east in Ellicott come?

Just curious how old you were? Seems like we got plenty of younguns down here in the Springs where as most of the Denver folks are old fossils .

Well, I'll call tomorrow and see if we can reserve a spot (I'll overexaggerate and say we got like 15 people comin in). When you come in you could just ask where that table was. I'll update it tomorrow.

Okay, it's a NOGO on the reservation type thing. The lady I talked to said that about all we could do was meet out front or something.

I can get there early and just stand at the front and meet you guys. After people start getting seated, I can just point out to the rest of you where they're at. Then we can meet back up out front before we head up to the theater.

Any problems with this anyone? If all else fails we can find somewhere else to eat, but I don't really mind. What do you guys think?

YA, its good to see this through...i hated going up to Denver for all the meetings (even through i only went to one and a movie ). Now we are going to be official! that seemed sooooo much better.

 

Geeze I went to four or five meetings up there. How do you think I feel? I even drove all the way up to longmont, and this was the first time I ever drove in Denver! Talk about scary!

 

I'm in the same boat as Sarah with that one...I think the first meeting she went to was my first as well...and we both drove WAY up to the north part of Denver...wow that was a long ways up there.

 

Hehe... I remember the big confusion of not knowing where I was so you could pick me up. And then I beat you there You sure looks surprised I was there.
