Not a bad introduction!
I don't recall exactly which one was first, but DOOM, Quake, and Wolenstein were the triad of my first games ever played on PC.
My first console game was Kenseiden for the Sega Master System. The Master System is still on of the best, in my opinion.
Super Mario Brothers or Ghostbusters on PC back in the good ole 80s....
If memory serves, my first was either "Malibu Grand Prix" on the Atari 2600, or "Wheel of Fortune" on an early Apple computer.
first game I played and thoroughly enjoyed was Dungeon board game.
I've never played video games. Never liked the pace and I wouldn't have achieved so much in life if I were a video gamer.

Idk exactly which game it was but either, 007 Golden Eye, Super Smash Bros, or Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time
Quest For Tires on my Dad's Commodore 64 and I think ET on Atari.
Provided I remember things correctly...Medal of Honor: Allied Assault. Ahh the memories...
Glad to see this thread still is alive! Keep on posting everyone!
Super Mario 64
This is the earliest I can remember playing
Other early ones I remember playing are Zombies Ate My Neighbours, Earthworm Jim, and Clayfighter. Now that I think of it, there are a LOT of games I remember playing but I can't remember the names of them for the life of me.
Anyone anything about a game in the early 90s where you play as this annoying cat thats wearing a shirt, and you have to avoid jumping in the cars or else you die? That game frustrated the hell out of me.
I am not 100% certain, but I believe it was either Super Mario Bros or Duck Hunt, the combo cartridge.
I was about four, and it was Street Fighter II, which had already been out for three years. I played it at my neighbour's house, and he also had a Genesis. I played the old side-scrolling Power Rangers and X-Men games there. At home, my dad had a Macintosh II or LC, I honestly couldn't tell you, and he had an old flight sim, Hellcats of the Pacific, and the classic tank game Spectre.
Definitely Lego Racers for PC, that game was the shiznit. It was either that or Rogue Squadron 3D.
I think the first game I played was Sonic the Hedgehog on Genesis, my mom found it at a thrift shop somehow. She also had Dynamite Headdy (which was impossibly difficult) and Earthworm Jim. I think Sonic was the first one I actually played though and Headdy was my favorite.
Probably Dead or Alive 2 or FIFA 2001.
I think the first game I ever played was Putt-Putt on my friend's computer. When I got a GBA for Christmas in 2002, I also got Scooby-Doo: Classic Creep Capers with it, so that was probably my first game of my own.
i was born in 91 and my first games and consoles were hand my downs from my 2 older brothers. I started gaming at a very early age around 3 or 4 i believe. my first system i played was super nintendo. I eventually got a nintendo 64. one of my favorite games i ever got in christmas 98 Pokemon Red and my middle brother who is 4 years older got Blue version.
In conclusion i really couldn't tell you what the first game i played was, but it was likely a super nintendo game that my brothers had.
I am almost positive it was one of the old Backyard Baseball games from way back in the day.
Can't remember but it was probably the original Mario Bros. on the NES.
Paratrooper and Q*bert.
Could be Ratchet & Clank... Such a great game.
Holy crap...Rogue Squadron? Mario 64? Ocarina of Time? Smash Brothers?! Where did you all...how...arghasdfjdskal;vfdiahjk
