yeah the only really sell lucozade in canada europe and the west indies.

Its was around before gaterade i heard.

 

What is the stuff?



Is it like Gatorade?

 

Yeah its like gateorade.Its orange and is kind of made differnt from gateroade and gives you a lot of energy from glucose.

Gotta love glucose... it sure has a lot of energy then, if it's loaded with glucose

 

It's mostly orange. You can also get lemon and 'mixed berry' flavours but they're unimpressive.

It's also mostly sugar. It's great for sport, particularly the more endurance-based ones - I always take at least one bottle to archery tournaments. It's the official drink of a couple of national sports teams here in England.

You can't get it in Russia though. I nearly died of sugar deprivation.
