ST The Force Awakens merchandise

obviously the amount of merchandise will be out of this world but when do you think we will see some products? usually we have seen the new merchandise at toy fair in feb with the movie coming out in may. now the movie is coming out in december so I'm not sure we will see much, if anything at toy fair 2015.

anyways this thread could be for all TFA merchandise discussions.

I think we'll definitely see a SDCC exclusive, and maybe some stuff will be given out at Celebration and D23. As for the rest of us pleebs, maybe August? I don't think they'll want to dilute the market with a deluge or products too early, so maybe they'll release a controlled, steady output. Keep in mind the movie comes out a week to the day before Christmas, so they'll at least need products on the shelves by Black Friday.

Honestly, I just want new lightsabers to play with collect and save for my future potential children, like an adult.

 

we will most likely find out who plays who with the toys fair.

 

Unless something changes between now and then, it is our best shot.

i too think the products will be released in a controlled, steady output. but i hope we see the first action figure at tf2015.

The question is how soon before Christmas 2015 will the merchandise be pushed in stores?

 

i think early november. actually i would bet on it.
