ST The force awakens plot ideas

I've been reading some of this forum threads for almost a year now, and everyone seems to accept basic plot ideas throw in by some leaked pictures and a teaser trailer, that more or less follow the same pattern of ideas of the OT and the PT. Although is already oficially stated that the time frame between RTOJ and TFA is 30 years, all these plot discussions revolve around themes and ideas like it has passed only a couple of years on and not an entire generation ( 30 years is more than a generation).
So what if all we have seen has another explanation? Let's propose some key plot ideas and you guys can start a discussion around it.

1: key plot change: the stormtroopers are NOT imperial stormtroopers, but new republic stormtroopers. Why?: Since gov. Tarkin took the lead in imperial forces, it seems that more and more clones were substituted by regular troops, conscripted on human worlds. In OT, every stormtrooper speak differently. 30 years after the demise of the empire the new republic lead by Leia accept the premise put on by the old republic on the PT, that the only way to have peace on the Galaxy was with a regular army and they reuse imperial forces. That's one of the many reasons Luke flies and hide. perhaps is angry with the decisions made by her sister? The new republic stormtroopers are there to stop threads to peace put by terrorists, imperialist and mob leaders( the hutts).

2: key plot change: only gleeson and Isaac are to old to be related to original cast. The young leads are truly new characters to augment the SW universe. So Ridley, Boyega and Driver are not Solo or Skywalker.
