FF:QLD The Force Guild Annual General Meeting

Annual General Meeting - Sunday 2nd September 2001

Where: Metro Arts, 109 Edward Street, City.
When: 12.30 pm - 3.30 pm
Cost: Guild Members Free, all others $2.00 (to help cover space rent)

Everyone from the FanForce Forums is invited to attend. This will be a great opportunity to meet other Star Wars Fans living in Brisbane. If you have a few spare hours on Sunday, why not get together and talk Star Wars for a few hours? The forums were set up to do just that on-line, this is an opportunity to do it in real life.

The meeting will include information on upcoming events, trivia contests, games and competitions, the latest news, and updates on the convention.

We will also hear suggestions for new club activities to be held throughout the year, and submissions for the magazine and the web-site will be taken.

All members will have received notification by mail of the upcomming meeting and the two resolutions that will be voted on at the meeting. Any members who are unable to attend the meeting can mail in their votes to the resolution on the Proxy Voting forms included with the letter.
