question that I don't see addressed in the first post: There are going to be 5 judges now... Will some of these judges be exclusive to one conference and some to the other or will it 'whichever judge is available judges the match'?

If you can, you should read the previous draft. That's a pretty good model of what will happen in this draft in general except for a couple of new things such as the 5 judges from which my question sprung.
