The full trailer - 3NS'ers may want to avoid it if they can

I won't sit through the OC, believe me, it doesn't air the same way where I live...

Oh I saw the preview... Awesome. It doesn't give anything away unless you watch it frame by frame, that's true. (which I did, since I'm a bad spoiler free... ) Well, I think it doesn't give anything away even frame by frame when you follow Hyperspace...

That last shot of Anakin creeped me out, I have to admit... Evil...

 

Aw geez, why'd I have to look? Now I want to see the real thing.

 

How long is the promo?

 

The promo is about twenty seconds. The part showing footage from the trailer is only about six seconds.

yes, frame by frame shows us something for sure.

I'm glad I watched. I think its good to know a little bit of what I'll be seeing in the trailer itself. Its how I feel about the trailers leading up the film.
If I wasnt prepared for at least a few of the things I was about to see, I might just overload and my brain would melt like a grilled cheese sandwich.

Oh, I have to say this... I still don't think I'm going to see the trailer, but I confess: I listened to a few leaked sound clips from the trailer, and I have one cliched but yet completely appropiate word: WOW.

If the dialogue in the actual film is as good as found in the trailer, then it looks like the crowd who had been unfairly judging the prequels by it's acting/lines will finally shut up now.

I'm going to be at work when the trailer shows. I think I will ask my parents to tape it. And then I can debate whether or not it is worth the spoilers.

Though it will be ackward explaining why I want them to tape the OC...

 

Just make sure you have them get the tail end of OC...cause you know that's when it'll premere.

It'd be a tragedy to fastfoward through a tape with all the anticipation in the world only to find it end and cut short right when the show ends and before they show the trailer.

 

I hate hearing that announcer guy say Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. It just doesn't feel right.

 

I'm going to completely avoid both promo and trailer. Enjoy the movie more, I will.

I'm not HCSF. I'm HCSFEFTEU&T. (thats hard core spoiler free except for the Expanded Universe and trailers. )

 

For those still in doubt, let me just add another voice to the "promo of the trailer" crowd that says its safe. I've been pretty much completely spoiler-free throughout (unless you count stuff like "Anakin is Darth Vader!"). In any case, I'd been consciously avoiding spoilers, but watched Tartakovsky's shorts, and saw the teaser trailer.

Having saw the promo for the trailer, I have to say it was kind of exciting. But frankly, so short that there was no way I could see what might be given away in it. I don't even remember anything from it, really. Came so fast I blinked most of it away.

So yeah, it's pretty safe, and could be a good outlet if you have to see something, but don't want to see too much.

I give up trying to stay away from the trailer, I'll be going to go see Robots with some friends just so that I can see the trailer.

ALMOST saw the promo last night! Whew! Yeah, I know, the promo is nothing compared to the trailer, but that's how determined I am to say spoiler-free from now on. I was eating my dinner at work when they started talking about the O.C. coming on this week and I KNEW the mention of the promo would come up. Sure enough, "daaaah,daaaah,...duh,duh,duh,duuuh,duh" music came on and I kept my head down looking at my food. I didn't lift it until the promo was over. I was SOOOOO proud of myself to even avoid the promo. (Now if I can just survive the rest of the week...)
