I rock in my desk chair, too, but it's not the same as a rocking chair. It's really good exercise for your back, just ask a physical therapist.

We got sadly 3 stars, and things don't get fix by next week they will closing our building, so
500 hundred or more people will be out of work.

I am going to start looking in another clinic or change my career.

Put one on the porch, D-G. You do have a porch, don't you? Here in California, we call our backyard area a 'patio.' The rocker would work nice there, too.

 

A small porch but in this neighborhood it would probably get trashed.

Darth Gangrenous Don't feel bad, DG, I don't have room in my apartment/jungle for a rocking chair either. I don't go outside very much, so the porch wouldn't be a good idea.

 

Patty, here they don't ask you if you want jury duty. They tell you that you want jury duty but there are ways to get out of it.

I was a little surprised to see that I had not yet been evicted!

 

I'm back! How nice to see some familiar faces! I'm on vacation and at my daughter's house in Tucson. It's 90+ here with an expected high of 104! Hope everyone in St. Louis weathered the flooding okay.

 

As far as I know a few died here as a result of the flooding, Sami. It was probably due to their own actions though.
