I got a interview for a graduate position. If I get it, it'll be my first graduate job since leaving University.

i went to olive garden for dinner tonight! soooooo good!

 

Pay day was yesterday. Found comics in stock I wanted. Heard good music today. Had good coffee today served by a cutie girl that smiled at me. Good movies on today. Good nerd stuff to watch that is on DVR. Damn, what a good day.

 

I have seen every single Friday the 13th movie, and by that I mean watching the first one 10 times. Waste of ****ing $20.

 

Found a pair of ankle boots while shopping the other day.

 

My birthday party is going to have a Tony Danza theme.

It's Friday, it's cold outside but I got mead, Netflix and a blanket. Life's good.

Found out today that I don't suck at Conan's wheel weighted walks.

 

Successfully trapped a negative in a film-back this evening.... I guess forcing it open with pliers was a bad idea.

 

Barnes & Noble sent me 2 20% off coupons and a $10 coupon for Godiva chocolates.

oh and my mothers dog (which is staying at my place for fat camp) has lost 1,1 kg yey

 

It was warm enough to wear a short sleeved shirt today!

 

One of my colleagues has a Rhodesian ridgeback but refuses to acknowledge that dressing it in battle armour and riding it to work is a capital notion.

 

I have a 3 day work week, though just this week.

 

I just received my Solar Cycle Award for being here for 11 years. Drinks and sunscreen for all.

 

My current container of Reeses ice cream has a pretty decent amount of peanut butter in it.

 

FINALLY started making decent progress on the book this week after multiple false starts, writer's block, and general distractions over the last few months. Looks like it'll be shorter than I previously thought, but that's OK - better to be short and concise, I think, than long and padded. Only downside is, I'd hoped to get it out by December 30th, but that may not happen. Even with my work so far, my time on the office comp is still severely limited, plus I've got a case of tendonitis in my left arm that's been plaguing me since Thanksgiving.
