I just got back from a road trip, and I just realized that I forgot to tell you all I was going. So, I missed all the snow, but I got to see my sister again. It was fun.

Hi Everyone,
Just checking in as I've been a bit quiet this past month. Been busy doing the holiday thing, you know. Right now we are busy with school and getting science fair projects done. We will not be at the January meeting so it'll be even longer til I see you all again. We are going to take the girls to Hawaii for a couple of weeks. Nothing really exciting to tell, but I just wanted to let you know I haven't disappeared.
I hope everyone is doing well and you had a blessed holiday season.

Minda and family, have a great time in Hawaii. We will still miss you, but I am sure we will see some great photos from your trip. Loved the ones we saw at your mom and dads house, with the dvd. Have a very safe and wonderful trip.

At this moment I have 7 5th grade girls playing (rather loudly) on the floor with my Burger King Star Wars figures. They're having a blast and making me laugh!

Mike, I did the hula for you and a few other things, lol! We had a few bumps, but it was a great trip overall. We did some things out of the norm for all of us and that is a fun change of pace.

WHEW!!! After three days, two trucks, and a whole lot of Tylenol, we are FINALLY moved in! I won't be posting often, though, as we had to switch back to dial-up for financial reasons.

So I have a little good news/bad news. Don't freak out, it is mostly good news and the bad news isn't terrible.

So.....DM finished auto mechanics school and he got a new job. He started today in fact. Yay!!! It's at a kool place in La Verne. I don't remember the name though. He'll be getting lots of hours and lots of experience. Yay!!!

The bad part...he works Monday through Saturday. (small boo!) So that means no more monthly meetings and no more group events. Boo!! I'll try to make what I can, but I doubt I'll going to very much.

We are planning on doing Comic-Con, so whoever is going to that, hopefully, we can meet up.

I shall now return you to your previously scheduled broadcast. Ha ha!!

This is the project Sonya and I have been working on with a group of other 501st and RL members. It was a 'secret' project through Lucas Arts. We've been working on the costumes for the past 3 or 4 weeks. Sonya is the armored jedi on the far right in the first row and I'm the armored jedi on the far left in the first row. The game looks amazing!!!

Watch the whole thing as it's way worth the time!

I could be wrong, but 44 seconds into this, I think you see Kari for a brief 2 seconds. I kept replaying it to be sure. From the two second clip with all the flashes, it sure does look like her. Check it out for yourself.
