    Actually I request a specific and new ranking: Mayor.

    The Mayor rank is somewhere far above moderator, a little above manager, but below admin, however a Mayor has authority to largely self regulate his own territory with little direct intervention from the admin. So the Pancakes and Waffles forum would be semi-autonomous, but technically still a part of the JC.

    As Mayor of the Pancakes and Waffles Forum, I will improve the state of the Pancakes and Waffles Forum and make it the greatest Pancakes and Waffles Forum on the internet.

    I will allow people to call me Al Gore only if there is no Florida in the Mayor election.
