    Birr:
    Lowe's

12" x 1 1/2" sink pipe (I recommend the threaded one w/o the flared end, just search around in the plumbing secion and you'll find it).

1 1/2" Poly Washers (plastic washers that will fit over the 1 1/2" sink pipe...get as many as you can and get the 5-packs, they're chaper than the 2-packs) for transitions between pomen and other stuff and decoration on the hilt.

Find a faucet handle knob that will fit on the sink pipe for the pomel.

Look around for something that might look cool for the emitter, there's tons of stuff, you just have something that you can make work.

    Wal-Mart

Grip tape for a bat in the sports section works great for a nice, easy grip.

Those are all things you can use for a really quick, easy to make saber.

(of course you will have to paint the faucet knobs and washers, but that's about it, the rest of it should look pretty good as is).

I'm sure once you start looking around at Lowes you'll find stuff that you can work with and like better though. Just be creative :)

I'll throw on the robes and hand out candy, while I'm getting ready for the next morning. The only thing different this year than any other; getting ready for IMAX!! :D

    Hehe... I like candy.

When I visited home there were these huge half empty bags of candy in the pantry. It ends up that they are the halloween candy. Probably most of it is gone. But that is ok. My family only gets the next door neighbors on halloween.

In the past-I was always partial to Reese's Peanut Butter Cups & Snickers, but I would also have to include Whatchamacallits and Crunchers to that list.

Now-Stephany's Chocolates (Sugar-Free section) those are the best ones!

Well I've had some pretty darn good tasting sugar free stuff before. But I admit much of it doesn't taste like it should.

    mmmmhhmmmm!!!!!I enjoy chocolate as well!!

even though, it's not technically a candy-
caramel, chocolate, or candy apples but I despise candy corn!!! it is scary and weird.

I have to go with ZOO and say that Reese's and Snicker's are my favorites, but I do like Kit Kat's and Twix as well.
