    everyone is comitted (I believe) to 5 movies...beyond that who knows...

    and more casting news...

    Emma Thompson has been added to the cast as Professor Trelawny

    ok here is a question for you guys...In the 5th book Harry goes to Nearly headless Nick and asks him about dead people being brought back yo live as ghost, and Nick says that he took certain steps to do it that would imply that cretain things must be done in order to become a ghost right...right so how did Moaning Myrtle become a ghost she was probably 15 or 16 when she died, i dont happen to think that she would have taken thoose steps, so someone answer this for me

    How do you know she didn't take those steps?
    It makes sense. She was a loner. She felt like everyone else hated her, why not become a ghost? That'll show 'em! I'll still be crying on the pot long after they are dead, MUHAHAHAHAHA!!!

    but wouldn't that have taken a wizard (or witch) with more experience? with the expection of the trio we dont see a whole lot of complex spells happening

    Maybe they aren't the only exeption. Are we to belive that they are the only ones who can pull off complex stuff? Riddle was an advanced student. I'm sure Dumbledore was too. And Myrtle probably had a lo of free time in that stall.

    ok this has been down FAR to long......anyone else going opening day to see the 3rd movie?

    On a random note: the Esquire IMAX theater here in Sacramento will be showing the third movie on IMAX!!! :D I wonder if they might be doing the same down there?

    It opens on my sister's birthday! If I can sweet talk my parents, I'll be going (but probably just to the one down here)... And I know, I haven't seen a midnight showing in a whole month!! :D ;)
