Empress I am sorry about that vat of sprinkles. One of my bagboy platoons dropped it while loading my transport. Officer Tammy the position of Empress can only be filled by Mandy and when she is done I get to be Empress! I have toiled long and hard in the sprinkle trade as her apprentice.

Did you really have an Earthquake?!!

JediReject doesn't know what he is talking about, sprinkles make people happy, they are not evil.

If y'all have a Mr Star Wars contest, can you have it at DragonCon? Some of us would love to see all of the cute Georgians y'all have.

Mandy is the empress of all things sprinkle. I have dominion over everything sparkly and/or glittery.

Our kingdoms (queendoms?) have always had a policy of peace with each other and we have enjoyed many years of prosperity by allowing free trade between our borders.

I would never think of invading Mandy's sprinkle empire or usurping her power over all there. No one in the sparkle country would dare break the trust between our two peoples.

I think I've thought of this too much. :)

Tammy, I believe you're getting the hang of the whole Sprinkle Empire thing. ;)

And no worries, Beenca. A little shake up every now and then does people good. :p

EDIT: Yes, we did actually have an earthquake. It shook things up at my house pretty good. However, I don't think that it was intense enough to warrant us printing out t-shirts that say "I survived the 2003 Georgia Quake." :p

Well, I got many, many DVDs... "Dracula" and "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" (both starring Jack Palance), "The Royal Tennenbaums", "One-Hour Photo", "My Favorite Year", "Cold Comfort Farm", "Mildred Pierce", and "Rebecca" and "Spellbound" from the Criterion Collection.

I got CDs: "The Swan Princess" soundtrack (there's a long story there) and Jane Monheit's "In the Sun"

Oh, yeah -- and I got a busted transmission. Yippee.

I'm sending out here the first of several invitations to youse guys in Atlanta.

As you well may realize, The Coca-Cola summer movie festival at the Fox is about to begin. I'll be schlepping up on June 8th for Lawrence of Arabia (and possibly for Spirited Away beforehand) Tickets are seven dollars and the experience is absolutely astounding. Anybody interested?

That really is a shame. The Fox is the PERFECT place to see that movie.

But, I guess if you think your parents are more important than Peter O'Toole... :p

Wow...there are a lot of interesting movies in this lineup!

    The John Waters double-bill could be an interesting experience. 8-}

I've never seen a film at The Fox. I've heard mixed reviews about how nice it is. But to get to see The Wizard of Oz on the big screen, again, will be amazing. And Roman Holiday...love that movie. Must go!

Man, why couldn't they schedule Funny Girl for the weekend of DragonCon? I have seen it a thousand times, but never on the big screen. "Hello, Gorgeous!" indeed. Barbra Rules!
