I'm a PhD Candidate studying film musicology, so I thought this set of articles I've penned would be of interest to fans of Star Wars film music.

I discuss the Imperial March, and how the musical theme/leitmotif evolves alongside the character throughout the films.

I also look at the cultural/social impact of the music in modern life.
