Seventh Sister: Oh, I am. I'm only blowing up my half. All you care about is credits. This planet deserves a better class of criminal, and I'm gonna give it to 'em. Tell your droids they work for me now. This is my planet.
Vizago: They won't work for a freak!
Seventh Sister:"Freak"… Why don't we cut you up into little pieces and feed you to your pooches? Hm? And then we'll see how loyal a hungry anooba really is! It's not about credits. It's about…sending a message. Everything burns!

 

I would change "pooches" to "kath hounds" but otherwise, LOL!

Agreed. I was really hoping the announcement would come in the form of one of those character intro videos.

 

I have the feeling he will just die in the first half of the season.

 

Well now the the female is confirmed to not be Barriss, or ventress etc.... and shes one of 7 sisters, she seems a lot more expendable now.

 

We actually still don't really know what 7th sister means.

 

It means there is 6 other Sisters before her i.e. 6 other female Inquisitors.

 

I don't think you hire a marquee actor, sarah michelle gellar to voice a character that's going to be gone in one season. Plus the show needs some mid-range villains, somebody the heroes can fight and the outcome is 50-50. Someone like Ventress in the TCW, some days Obi-Wan and Anaking won and sometimes Ventress won.

I'm betting on clone designation.

So we know there are at least 12 inquisitors and they are competing to impress Vader and to be promoted as the new Grand Inquisitor. I feel they won't be the only inquisitors we will see this season.

 

Possibly they envision 6 or 12 seasons of Rebels and/or possibilities of spinoff series.

 

Apparently according to Filoni they actually go into the back story of the Grand Inquisitor this season....

 

"She is the seventh daughter of a seventh daughter."

In all seriousness, she is likely the seventh rank in the Inquisitor Order. Much like how in band/orchestra, seats are determined by performance.

Am curious if Vader gave the Grand Inquisitor the tattoos personally, and took inspiration from The Son of Mortis memory whether consciously or subconsciously. Perhaps the Grand Inquisitor was dispatched to Lothal because there is something buried in the planet of great importance. Seems such a meager task to dispatch the best Inquisitor just to kill a possible Jedi when you have a small army of Inquisitors that could've been called into action, why the head man?!

 

But the Inquistor was Pu'an and they come naturally.

 

What comes naturally? Read the Ultimate Star Wars book , The Grand Inquisitor's tattoos were indeed dark side markings. "Red- dark-side tattoos cover his head, striking fear into targets and subordinates alike."

 

I guess I was wrong then but the Pu'ans had similar markings non the less.
