Full Series Mini Series The Inquisitors (Spoilers)

Given that we now know there are probably multiple inquisitors, do you think it's possible that other EU force sensitive organisations within the empire exist like the Emperor's Hand?

 

I'd wait to see if Filoni brings in Galen Merek, Jerec, Lumiya & Mara Jade before getting too excited. If we see Jaxxon(the character himself not the TCW version of the same species) before any of them, its gonna be hell to pay.

 

I don't know much about legends but according to wookiepdia there were dozens of force sensitive dark siders under Palpatine's command during the dark times. I wonder if canon is willing to go that far.

 

I think we'll see or read of familiar faces & names every so often, just will take a while as they do not want show favoritism supposedly and also want to create their own original characters. Much of the time their original characters are imitations or inspired from previously created characters.

She probably didn't. They don't draw details like that in the concept art.

And now that I think about it, could the other Inquisitor be a Kage?

No, he needs either a pipe, a mask that only covers half of his face for some reason, or to be "well-endowed" in order to fit that description. Oh or spikey blonde/orange hair.

 

Going by their near uniform look, the identical mass produced double-bladed lightsabers - they're probably based on the Jedi Temple Guards. Likely they are trained and stationed within the old Jedi Temple now the Imperial Palace.

 

The sabers are not identical.Same shape but lightly different.

Doesn't it seem implied in "Breaking Ranks" that the Empire is identifying high perfoming cadets and presumably testing them for Force sensitivity and training them to be Inquisitors? That was the feeling I got for the fate of Dhara. The Empire is probably removing Force sensitives to somewhere, and those that are happy to comply probably end up with one of the twirly double bladed lightsabers. Also, Force sensitives need to be trained, and that kind of stuff takes years (unless you are Savage Opress, but I digress). Doubtful that Palps or Vader are training the youngsters if that is what's going on. Possibly its fallen Jedi training the youngins. Time will tel.

 

I say they train them on Mustafar

What about Project Harvester on Arkanis?

it'll be genes that are being harvested, by the Arkanians, and used in some kind of cloning project.

 

Vader and Palpy should probably still keep a close eye on them though to be on their toes if treachery should occur in the inquisitor ranks.

 

They were identifying Jedi-like reflexes in cadets where they then monitor their progress by keeping a closer watch on them and then apparently call in an Inquisitor for the next stage. They didnt mention Midiclorians but there is no reason to think they could not simply run a blood sample. Jinn and Kenobi did all that within seconds back in the Naboo Royal Starship and Jinn had that tiny non-complicated device on hand. .

 

Something i did not see is that the lady inquisitor has a one bladed lightsaber or at some point she gets one.

Yeah, that might be what's going on. I hope we at least get to hear more about what's going on though.

Well, the double spinning saber seems to be mandatory for the Inquisitors we have seen so far. But who knows, maybe down the line she'll switch to just a single lightsaber.

 

If you pause when the two new inks are fighting the phantom she has a single blade.
