I am rading through your stories, I finished ILAW a few days ago and I was going to reply before but I've been resting my arm, it's been a bit odd after my Hep B.
Anyway I liked ILAW and this one is good too, AU's are fun, I'm trying to do one, and yours are good at showing how the characters act the same and how they act differently.
Just to show were I am:

Chapter Nine

The prenuptial banquet lasted much longer than Luke would have liked, and it was in the early hours of the morning before the guests were climbing into the waiting skiffs to be taken back to the mainland.

Are there bombs in the skiffs and I thought they called their "cars" speeders.

Just remembered I was going to ask is Delta team anything to do with Delta source, does Delta source even exisit or just no one knows of it.

*jaw drops* It ended THERE?! With my Lukie LEAVING? *takes deep breahts* I'm okay, really, I am! (Since there's another story after this one I can run to )

You know, Mommy(Rebelmom) warned me that you like to write angst. And I thought, yeah, I can handle that, and I can. Sure, I wanted to kick Han's butt when he accepted that prostitute (And then hug him when he refused to do anything with her and realized he loved Leia too deeply, I can be forgiving )

I almost cried when Leia lost the baby, I can't even imagine going through something like that. I have to admit I was kind of expecting it though, since you made the baby a girl, not a boy, which would have been Anakin. Course, I realize that doesn't fit in Rydor's case (I feared for him deeply!), but I was warned.

Han and Leia have some major making up to do, but if you can so aptly split them apart, you can get them back together just as well! I have faith in you!

I know that waaayy back a lot of people commented on this, but I just thought it was so adorable...


?So?this whole operation from ambushing me in Llanyai and chasing me down?it was all on the pretext of getting me to teach your daughter to become a Jedi??

?You could have just asked.? LOL! I could have hugged him then (Okay, there's little he does where I wouldn't want to hug him, but still. ) Loved it :-D

Mara waking up to find Lukie sitting beside her was really sweet, and her thoughts on how no one had done that with her before, that all she'd woken up to was a Two One Bee droid were terribly sad. Very nicely done.

And The End post...*mutters still*

Leia and Han's parting was heart breaking, I was wanting to smite them both for not saying they loved eachother, they can be so stubborn! (Poor Leia...facing that she might lose both Han and Lukie...loved how she could see that Mara was fearing for Lukie made her like her more... )

Lukie and Mara were sweet, the hug and him kissing her forehead was hopelessly cute, though I'm really, really, really looking forward to their first kiss!

Excellent story, LadyPadme, you would do extremely well with profic, you know that?

Yes, most of what I write is angst-filled. (Maybe I watched too much daytime TV when I was younger? ) In any case, I'm glad you liked what's out there, and hope you think your Lukie is written to par (although with Gabri as my beta reader I'm not too worried. Since she's the real Mara Jade, she should know her own husband pretty well, shouldn't she? ) Thanks again!
