You know what's ironic? I was just looking at the JC.N mod today. Over at massassi. I couldn't remember who was who in some cases. I know I was devlia, Howl was Valerie, Sea was...Sea, Admiral Zaarin was Admiral Zaaarin and of course Hannibal was Mas Amedda. But who are the others for?

 

I think it would be ironic if everyone was made of iron.

If you read this thread, it tells you who each skin/model was for. And even though I made Valerie to Howl's specs, I was the only person who ever used that skin.

Also the pack at massassi is a real cut-down version of the JC/N pack, and didn't include things like the (stupid) flamingo, FlareStorm, the SFL Sith lord, me in a Rebel Flight Suit etc.

 

Fierce_Flamingo's Flamingo skin was classic. Matt would not be happy you called it stupid JP

(and I really think you should have left the flamingo in there for the Massassi pack, I woulda loved to read their comments of "what the hell? A Flamingo?" )

And yeah, I know I could read through the whole 30 some page thread to find out who's who, but it twould make me too sad and nostalgic.

Yes, it's a shame howl never tested his skin, but he decided he was too cool for JK before you'd even finished production. *shrug*

I only used mine like once if I recall. The only problem with mods for JK is 90% of the games played are mod free cause no one wants the hassle.

Bollocks. We played SBX1 SBX2 spork and modified versiond to accompany JP's skin pack all the time in the height. We played mods more than vanilla.

 

Hrrm. Well, back in those days my computer couldn't handle games of any kind, so I guess I wouldn't know.


I have since *tried* to get people to play SBX or the skinpack, but noooo...

 

The flamingo was dropped from Massassi because a) it was stupid and b) it was based on someone else's model (Road Runner).
