    I once went fishing on the Zambezi, and there were tons of hippos. They were suspicious, and I was worried. Our fishing guides laughed it off, and kept floating closer to the hippos.

    Needless to say, this was frightening, because hippos are nuts. I didn't fish, and was just on hippo watch.

    Eventually, some made noises at us, and our guides finally decided to take them seriously and took us further away from them.
